Verify a PHCC certificate
Every certificate issued by the PHCC Clinical Education Program carries an ID. Enter it here to see what the certificate records: the participant, the program and the completion date.

The ID is printed in the lower right corner of the certificate, in the form PHCC-CE-2026-XXXXXX.
Certificate IDs are checked against PHCC’s certification record. A valid certificate shows the holder’s name, organization and issue date.
